This senior affordable housing community consists of 90-units operating under a project based Section 8 HAP contract. This property was built in 1990 and acquired in 2025 with the allocation of approximately $18.7M in Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) and $20M in Tax-Exempt Bonds.
The rehabilitation consisted of a full renovation of all 70 existing units and a new 4-story addition consisting of 20 additional units and a new community room with full kitchen and new computer area. During the rehabilitation, the scope of work will consist of a full renovation of all 70 existing units, including upgrading the kitchens and bathrooms. All existing & new construction units will include new Energy Star stainless steel appliances, new vinyl plank flooring, new low threshold showers, new cabinets, and quartz countertops. The scope will also include an expanded outdoor area with raised garden beds and new site shelter, a new roof, window replacement, refurbishing of the building envelope, additional parking spaces, office and common area updates, new fitness center, and LED enhanced lighting and new paint throughout the building.
