This senior affordable housing community is a $22M development consisting of a 101-unit midrise operating under a project-based Section 8 HAP contract. This property was built in 1984 and acquired and rehabbed in 2014 with the allocation of $6M in Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC).

The rehabilitation included complete renovation of the exterior and interior of the building. The exterior was upgraded along with a brand new community center with all new furnishings. The interior of the building and units received new vinyl plank flooring, new fixtures, new paint, and upgraded kitchens and bathrooms.
