Rehabbing a property during COVID without a single outbreak
Southlake Towers in Palm Bay, Florida was under construction during the height of COVID. Our biggest concern was over the protection of our residents, and with our teamwork of developers we were able to finish the development without a single outbreak among our seniors. We discovered there was moisture intrusion and needed to replace the EIFS of the exterior, but even still we were able to get the development done within our projected timeframe. We celebrate the residents living through construction and also the teamwork it took to bring this project to life.

Redemption Towers in Summerville, SC is a 96-unit high-rise community. All three deals were able to be completed within just a few months of each other and all three deals required an immense amount of teamwork to get the job done.
