Redemption Towers

This senior affordable housing community is a $29.2M development consisting of a 96-unit high-rise operating under a project-based Section 8 HAP contract. This property was built in 1982 and acquired and rehabbed in 2020 with the allocation of approximately $17.4M in Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC).

The rehabilitation included a complete renovation of the exterior and interior of the building. The exterior received upgraded landscaping, new generator and roof, new HVAC, expanded parking, and outdoor covered pavilion. Redemption Towers also received a new community center with a state of the art kitchen and all new furnishings. The interior of the building and units received new vinyl plank flooring, new fixtures, new paint, and upgraded kitchens and bathrooms.
