This senior affordable housing community is a $17.1M development consisting of an 80-unit garden style apartments operating under a project-based Section 8 HAP contract. This property was built in 1990 and acquired and rehabbed in 2021 with the allocation of approximately $5.5M in Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC).

The rehabilitation included a complete renovation of the exterior and interior of the buildings. The building exteriors received new roofs, generator, and garden beds. The interior of the units and office building received new vinyl plank flooring, new fixtures, new paint, and upgraded kitchens and bathrooms. This includes the expanded community room with a state of the art kitchen and screened porch.
