This senior affordable housing community is a $26.5M development consisting of an 85-unit high rise operating under a project-based Section 8 HAP contract. This property was built in 1986 and acquired and rehabbed in 2020 with the allocation of approximately $7.9M in Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC).
The rehabilitation included a complete renovation of the exterior and interior of the building. The exterior received upgraded landscaping and façade, new roof and generator, and a new community center with a state of the art kitchen and all new furnishings. The interior of the building and units received new vinyl plank flooring, new fixtures, new paint, and upgraded kitchens and bathrooms.
