This senior affordable housing community is a $9.7M development consisting of 40-unit garden style apartments operating under a project-based Section 8 HAP contract. This property was built in 1989 and acquired and rehabbed in 2020 with the allocation of approximately $5.8M in Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC).

The rehabilitation included a complete renovation of the exterior and interior of the buildings. The exterior received upgraded landscaping, new PTAC units, new roofs, expanded parking, and a new community center with a state of the art kitchen and all new furnishings. The interior of the buildings and units received new vinyl plank flooring, new fixtures, new paint, and upgraded kitchens and bathrooms.
